How many times a week do you benefit from the existence of the food service industry? Maybe you buy coffee at a coffee shop a few times a week on the way to work. Perhaps you also buy food from a cafeteria now and then. And of course, you may enjoy the occasional dinner at your favorite restaurant. Food service benefits us all, but most of us don't know as much about it as we should. This blog aims to play a small role in changing that.
